Online Sports Betting at BetMGM
Online sports betting is a unique way to take your sports entertainment to the next level!
As the King of Sportsbooks, BetMGM offers thousands of sports betting lines. Whether you’re betting on NFL odds from your computer, building an NBA parlay with mobile sports betting on the BetMGM Sportsbook app (on iOS or Android), or browsing odds for thousands of other events, everyone has options.
You can also access futures odds, live sports betting, and sportsbook promotions, including parlay boosts, sweepstakes and more!
How To Bet Online
If you haven’t registered for an account, sign up on the desktop site or download the mobile sports betting app (BetMGM Sportsbook app). Due to state regulations, some events, types of bets, and promos may not be available in your state.
From first-time bettors checking out college football odds to longtime basketball diehards breaking down NBA betting trends, you can find anything.
Parlays
BetMGM is the King of Sportsbooks and the King of Parlays.
It’s a unique way to score bigger payouts and provide extended entertainment over a weekend or week.
What Are Parlay Bets?
Parlays combine multiple bets, aka legs, into one wager.
Instead of – or in addition to – placing three separate $20 moneyline NFL bets with -200 odds apiece, for example, you could combine the bets into one parlay. In doing so, the potential profit increases without a bigger stake.
How Does a Parlay Work?
If all the legs of a parlay hit, the parlay cashes, resulting in a bigger payout. If one leg or multiple legs miss, the parlay doesn’t cash.
Here’s an example with NFL moneylines:
- Detroit Lions -200 vs. Minnesota Vikings
- Philadelphia Eagles -225 vs. New York Giants
- Kansas City Chiefs -300 vs. Los Angeles Chargers
If you bet $10 on each of those three moneylines, the total potential payout (including stake) if each team wins is $42.77:
- Lions: $15
- Eagles: $14.44
- Chiefs: $13.33
That’s a potential profit of $12.77 on $30 in wagers.
How Does a Parlay Payout Work?
When you combine bets into a parlay, the sportsbook recalculates the odds.
In the example above, the parlay odds are +189, which would result in a bigger potential profit ($13.33) with a total wager of just $15 (compared to $30 for the single bets).
To see your parlay odds and potential payout, add multiple bets to your Bet Slip and select Parlay.
Live Sports Betting
At BetMGM, betting doesn’t stop at kickoff, the first pitch, or puck drop. Live sports betting is available for hundreds of sports betting odds each week.
While you’re watching the NFL playoffs on TV, streaming a tennis match on your phone, or eating hot dogs at Wells Fargo Center during a Philadelphia 76ers-New York Knicks game, you can place live bets.
